Where are your products made?

All of our products are created here in the USA. Everything is designed, managed, and shipped out of San Diego, CA

Could the blankets be used as rugs?

Our blankets are quality made and a bit more delicate than your typical rug, but with using a thick rug-pad, in a low foot traffic area, yes, the blankets may function just fine as a rug.

How do I wash my blanket?

All our blankets are totally machine washable! Though they are made with 100% cotton we recommend washing them on delicate with cold water — and letting the blanket air dry, or tumble dry on low heat, to best maintain the quality.

Can you hang the blankets on a wall?

Yes absolutely! Many of our customers actually use the blankets as a beautiful accent piece for a wall. Check out our instagram ‘Stories Highlights’ to see how others have used theirs!

How do I know my order has been submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.


Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days of your order submission. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please send us a message through our contact page to request a cancellation to your order. Please be advised we can only cancel your order if it has not been processed or shipped. You have 24 hours from the time in which your order was placed to make an order modification. We will get back to your message within 24 hours to help you.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. 

What are your shipping rates?

All orders made in the USA are shipped for FREE! International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most all of North & South America, Europe, Asia and Oceania. But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order. To learn more about our destination listings, send us a message on our contact page!

How do I change the shipping address on my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can email us to notify us of the shipping address changes. If the order has already been shipped out, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. 

Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly! If you enter the wrong shipping address, and do not correct it within 24 hours of placing your order, we are not able to offer a refund.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

All sales are final, unless there was a product defect or shipping issue on our part. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unwashed & unused. We require photos of your item to determine eligibility for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a refund, you can message us on our contact page. If your refund is accepted, we’ll issue a refund to the method in which you paid. We will provide further instructions regarding where to ship your item. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What happens if my product doesn't arrive?

We quote no more than the following transit times for our shipments:

USA: 12 business days in transit 

Canada: 21 business days in transit

International: 30 business days in transit

If your product doesn't arrive within the specified time frame, you are eligible for a refund or a complimentary replacement. Please note, we can only issue refunds and replacements if you contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may send us a message through our contact page portal to request a cancellation to your order. Please be advised we can only cancel your order if it has not been processed or shipped.  Please note: you have 24 hours from the time in which your order was placed to make an order modification. 

Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly! If you enter the wrong shipping address, and do not correct it within 24 hours of placing your order, we are not able to offer a refund.  

Can I get a refund if my order doesn't arrive in time for a birthday or a holiday like Christmas?

We can only offer refunds on orders that exceed our quoted shipping times (12 to 30 business days depending on the location). We are a small business and prepare each item uniquely to order and ask that you please plan accordingly depending on your specific needs and deadlines.

Is ordering online secure?

Yes. We take the utmost care of the information that you provide us when placing an order through our online store (or through any other means). The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes. To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website uses credit card processor for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway, keeping all data encrypted with AES-256. 

Is my personal information kept private?

Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.
